This unusual remodel of an existing tilt-up building turned into a classic car storage facility was taken in stride by JLC Associates, Inc.. The intended use as a social club and entertainment venue for collectors included a bar area and showroom requiring special exhaust systems. Multiple roll-down doors were installed in addition to exotic stone floors complimented by extensive millwork.
