The new corporate headquarters for Orange County’s largest company by revenue was constructed within one of the most aggressive timelines for a project of this size. Completed in just 9-1/2 weeks, this project included complete demolition of all existing improvements and the build-out of new corporate office space on three floors within an occupied office building. A new entry canopy and exterior patio gave this space its own dedicated entry to set it apart from the other tenants within this well-established office park.
