Function: To assist the project manager or project executive, either in the office or at the job site, in all aspects of the project.
Responsibilities: Track documentation such as RFIs, Review and track submittals, Negotiate and process change orders, Schedule, Review design and shop drawings to assess effect on cost and construction feasibility, Perform minor estimates, Coordinate subcontractors in the field.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, Good computer skills, Excellent communication skills.
Function: To manage construction projects from the beginning to end resulting in successful and timely project completion.
Responsibilities: Participate in cost estimates, Establish budget and project schedule, Review and monitor all design and/or construction documents for conformance with budget and schedule, Negotiate, award and write subcontracts and material purchases, Initiate and obtain permits, insurance and bond requirements prior to construction, Monitor and control all change orders, RFIs and submittals, Conduct daily and weekly meetings with staff and owners/clients, Monitor superintendents on monthly schedule and safety requirements, Prepare reports and forecasts for owners and assist in developing new business including presentations.
Requirements: Engineering/Construction Management degree or equivalent experience, Leadership and problem solving ability, Strong sense of urgency, Good organizational, communication and computer skills.
Function: To oversee all on-site project personnel and maintain coordination with subcontractors.
Responsibilities: Heavy involvement in pre-construction planning including project scheduling, Estimate manpower requirements and make recommendations, Hire personnel, Attend Pre-construction meetings with subcontractors to discuss time constraints, construction methods, and company policy, maintain quality and company policy in all on-site issues, Keep the project manager informed of any changes in methods, schedules or subcontractors, Maintain OSHA standards, Oversee document flow from the project to the home office, Accurately prepare all employee time sheets, Schedule/conduct all necessary inspections with city officials, government, and private agencies as required.
Requirements: 15 plus years commercial costruction experience, Completion of 100,000 dollar plus projects in tenant build outs within the last five years, Experience with grading/earthwork, Computer literacy including P3, Prologue, other scheduling software.
