At Toyota's 190,000 Torrance Headquarters facility housing Executive Staff, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, R and D, Legal, Security and other departments JLC Associates completed a seven phase project of the entire area while under occupancy. Toyota's business needs dictated a seamless transition from phase to phase with department relocations occurring rapidly. Coordination with Information Technology groups, Furniture and other vendors, Department Heads, etc. was paramount. Construction included new Conference Rooms and Executive Offices, all new ceiling systems, lighting and HVAC, all new finishes, systems furniture, ADA upgrades, etc.
