Because SAGE was consolidating multiple office areas into one building, work needed to be performed within two consecutive phases to minimize any disruption to ongoing operations. To develop a more open concept, design features included multiple huddle and team areas which even included separate working “garages” that were reminiscent of this software company’s humble beginning.
