JLC partnered with Mazda on the relocation of their North American headquarters to one of Orange County’s premier high-rise office buildings. Spanning more than five floors, the LEED Silver-certified project included the construction of a sophisticated corporate office environment designed to support both daily operations and brand presentation. 

Key features included a ground-floor lobby and showroom with a modified curtainwall system for vehicle staging, an employee café, a large multi-purpose room with a Skyfold partition system, and an MDF room equipped with dedicated in-rack cooling. This project showcases JLC’s expertise in delivering complex, high-end corporate environments that combine functionality, innovation, and exceptional attention to detail.
